20 wild card spots available to amateurs for UWCT final in Sept.

USA Cycling has been notified by the UCI that 20 wild card spots will be available to amateur American cyclists hoping to compete for a world title at the UCI World Cycling Tour (UWCT) final, September 9-11, in Belgium.
