Compton wins Heusden-Zolder CX World Cup, holds overall lead

Katie Compton won her fourth UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup of the season on Sunday in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, helping her hold off Dutchwoman Sanne Van Paassen for the overall world cup lead. Two U23 American men also finished inside the top 20.
